Beautiful Facilitation
A bit about me
My work sits between inner life, relational practice, and systems work. I am a Peacebuilding Facilitator, supporting individuals and organisations to work with conflict in ways that strengthen clarity, connection, and capacity for change. Sometimes that can simply be to dream new dreams together.
I see peacebuilding as nurturing the capacity to stay present with tension and complexity while practicing the skills to respond with more possibility. With experience across community development, humanitarian protection, and non-profit strategy, I bring a systems lens to facilitation, leadership development, and consulting.
My work explores how global conflict shows up in everyday relational dynamics and I support people to stay present rather than react, bypass, or shut down. In practice, this means individually designed reflective, experiential spaces that support honest conversation, shared ownership, and adaptive leadership.
I work with anyone from young people to senior leaders, or cross-sector partnerships. I’m particularly drawn to opportunities that support people and organisations to deepen their sense of agency and contribution to the systems they inhabit, recognising that we are always making an impact, all the time, everywhere.
As we are, so we change the world around us.
